From pub classics to rosettes, Dale has not only run successful kitchens leading and influencing many junior chefs, but also won competitions, wowed at demos, cooked for celebrities and made it to the quarter finals of MasterChef the Professionals!

Amy has shown her passion for hospitality through 18 years of hard work, managing the award winning Gylly Beach Café in Falmouth. Her success and dedication has taken the Café from strength to strength over the years. Feeling blessed to have had such a beautiful seascape for an office view, the yearn to get back to her countryside roots finally became a reality.

The time has come for Dale and Amy to create an adventure of their own and damys was born. Collaborating with local, ethical businesses Duchy Game and Soul Farm. their shared passion and vision of creating a "farm shop style" stopping place has begun.
